Kindergartners from Sioux Trail Elementary dance freshly sown seeds into the ground in Tennisious Park behind the school. A 5,000 square foot patch of prairie, boasting about 60 species of native plants, was planted. STARR stands for Sioux Trails Acts Respectfully and Responsibly.
