St.James Lutheran Church starts new facility (DATE NEEDED)The Minnesota Valley Review (DATE NEEDED) reports ground breaking for a new church was conducted June 27 at the land located on what is now Williams Drive and Judicial Road in Burnsville. The church was located in downtown Savage before the move.

St. James sits on six and a half acres purchased back in 1960 for $10,500. The Burnsville church, completed in 1963 with three building expansions since.
