Works begin to tear down Cedarvale Mall on Highway 13 in Eagan 2008. When Cedarvale first opened in Eagan it provided nearby grocery, drug and hardware stores for those living in the River Hills. There were two additions to the mall, which eventually closed due to lack of business.
