The MInnesota Valley YMCA in Burnsville

This house, which became the initial base for the YMCA was built by the Vinge family after they purchased the Ratzlaff farm. The house sat a little south of the hospital emergency room parking lot and and was served by the road between it and the clinic. It originally had access to Nicollet Avenue via a fairly long drive before Nicollet was even black topped. It had 35 E for a backyard when that road was built. It was there until at least 2000.
