Mall owners not pleased with eminent domain option

September 29, 1994 - Sun Current: The City of Burnsville's bid for Diamondhead Mall is still hundreds of thousands of dollars short of being acceptable, according to the mall's owners....

Eventually, the mall would be purchased by School District 191 as a second location for the high school.
