Prince of Peace Lutheran Church 50th anniversary October, 2013

The church held its first service in October, 1963. The original church building at Nicollet Avenue and Burnsville Parkway is now the White Funeral Home. The first pastor was Gerald Allen. In 1972 the church inaugurated outdoor services at the old LUCKY TWIN drive-in theatre. In 1976 the church moved to a newly built sanctuary on the Ridges Campus, which they still use today.
